With a B.S. in Food Science, Dietetics, and Nutritional Sciences and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Nutrition, she continually studies the complex relationship between food, metabolism, and human performance. Her passion lies in the biochemistry of the human body and how precise, individualized nutrition can unlock its full potential.
